I currently require a card to hold on file. You will not be charged until the cancellation policy is enforced. If cancellation policy is not enforced/needed, you will only be charged the service price at your scheduled appointment. 

If you have to cancel or reschedule, please do so before 72 hours of your appointment. You will be sent a confirmation text 4 days prior to your appointment to give time for a cancellation notice. Anything within 72 hours of your appointment will be charged automatically a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee . If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "no-show." All no-show clients will also be charged the non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.  This cancellation policy is in effect for all services. During any and all promotions, the cancellation policy is still in effect. However, new appointments will not be granted promotional price or any discounted price if the cancellation policy has been enforced due to a late cancellation, reschedule, or no show during the 72-hour time slot. This cancellation fee will not be credited at your next service.

There is a 15-minute grace period for all tardy clients. Anything after 15 minutes will be automatically cancelled if not discussed otherwise between client and artist. You will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 cancellation fee.

All no call-no show clients will be subjected to a non-refundable cancellation fee. This will be charged automatically after the 15-minute grace period has passed. This fee will not be credited towards your next service.

Please be mindful to read the Client Eligibility to ensure you are a proper candidate or Cosmetic Tattooing. This will ensure any medical clearances, contraindications, waiting periods, and payment options will not interfere with your service.

• No guests are allowed while accompanying you during the appointment. 
• No children are to be in the studio during the service session. 
• Please read the Client Eligibility document prior to coming to your appointment to ensure you are a proper candidate for Permanent Cosmetics. This document entails medical clearances, contraindications, payments accepted, touch up time frames, policies, and contact information. 
• A credit card is required to book your appointment. You will not be charged until the day of your service OR if the cancellation policy is enforced.

• Package must be paid in full the at first service date.
• Package expires 7 months from first service date.
• Lamination must be booked within 8-10 weeks apart from each service date.
• All no call no shows will be charged a non-refundable $50 fee. Cancellation policy is still in effect for all packages purchased.
